Tyler Matthias is a commercial and documentary photographer from Yorkshire currently based in London, UK. Her work has a snapshot aesthetic and is mainly motivated by colour, fashion and human behaviour - the artist uses her camera as a tool for self reflection, focusing on her obsessions with nostalgia and childhood. Tyler has a 'real' approach when shooting her subjects and you'll find most of her images are left un-retouched. Tyler shoots both analogue and digitally and using a range of cameras dependant on individual projects. Her work has been published in print and online - see below.
